Edificio 15 is our restaurant set on the quay of Rodi Garganico yacht basin. It is intimate and elegant place overlooks the sea. We want to balance innovation and tradition with fresh and in season food, protecting simple and original flavors intensified by Gargano fragrances and scents. Our menu about fish recommends a rich selection of raw and baked sea starters, shellfish and fresh fish of our wonderful sea.

For meat lovers we reserve filets made in Italy. A selected wine and champagne list and a rich selection of distillates and spirits combine with dishes and dessert created by our chef. On the ground-floor lounge bar has got a vast porch immersed in ships of the quay and shores of the coast. Here we serve cocktails and drinks on comfortable sofas with live music and in the distance you can see image of Rodi Garganico as a pleasant background.
